Smile Dental Care ("we", "us", "our") is a private dental clinic on Harley Street, London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

4. How Long We Store It
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months unless you become a patient. Patient records are kept for 11 years (or until age 25 for minors), in line with NHS & GDC retention guidance.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: our website hosting provider, our practice management software (encrypted), and where required by law or regulator.
6. Your Rights
