Complaints Procedure
We take any concern seriously. We aim to resolve every complaint quickly, transparently and fairly.
Step 1 — Raise Your Concern
Contact our Practice Manager: hello@smiledentalcare.co.uk or call 020 7946 0123. Please include your name, contact details and a clear description of your concern.
Step 2 — Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
Step 3 — Investigation & Response
We will investigate fully and respond within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed.
Step 4 — Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to:

Your treatment with us will not be affected by raising a complaint.
